Pakistani universities in the world

According to the structure of Pakistan, it is the State's responsibility to provide free primary education. At the time of liberation Pakistan had only one university, the University of the Punjab, founded in 1882 in Lahore. Pakistan is now more than 132 universities of which 73 are public universities and 59 private universities.
Commenting on the international recognition of the university, Higher Education Commission (HEC) Chairman Dr Javed Laghari said last year, FBISE SSC Part 1 Result 2013 six Pakistani universities were among the top 300 Asian universities. "This year, seven varsities are in the list of the top 250," he said, According to HEC sources as the body of the educational establishment in 2002, the research output has increased eight-fold (from 815 research papers in 2002 to over 6,300 in 2012) with the highest number of publications in the field of economic development.
Education in Pakistan is alienated into five stages: primary (grades one through five), middle (grades six through eight), high (grades nine and ten, leading to a certificate of secondary school), intermediate (grades eleven and twelve, leading to a High school certificate) and university programs leading to graduate and advanced degrees.
According to the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, a senior official of the federal public universities is to increase the level of education in the world ranking of HEC and all university degree awarding institutions of academic standards and the quality of research has made significant progress in improving the country, including the University of the Federal Government. There are four accredited parliamentary Commission for Higher Education was established in the country to monitor the quality of education. Federal Board 9th Class Result 2013 HEC has taken the process of higher education reform, focusing on the teaching staff, improve and expand, to promote excellence in teaching and research, in order to ensure the relevance of the economy, improving quality, improving governance and management practices and the development of physical infrastructure.
A number of steps have been taken to advance the educational standards of the universities of Pakistan including process of faculty development to expand the quality of teaching and research maintenance in institutions through beset programmers to improve the skills and qualifications of faculty members.

Quality assessment and certification has been introduced to create and implement strict quality standards, FBISE Matric Result 2013 access to the international standard-setting procedures and performance level.
