Judicial System in Pakistan

The Supreme Court of Pakistan has a power of judicial and it was created under the Constitution of 1956. Federal Court had set up in 1948, under the Federal Court of India, established in 1937. Since it created in 1956, BISE DG Khan Board SSC Result 2013 called name the Supreme Court and jurisdiction through the successive legal instruments including the new constitution of 1973. The purpose of the supreme coat the legal system is to provide a system for interpreting and enforcing the laws. It also provides the legal system in order to orderly, systematic and orderly disagreements.
Functions in judicial system are three that should closely connected but nevertheless distinct functions,
Its legislation, adjudication and execution. The Judicial function is a core of any type of legal system. A legal system adjudicates disputes, DG Khan Board 10th Class Result 2013 issuing a decision as to how the disagreement should be settled. The purpose of the legislative functions is to determine the rules that will govern the process of adjudication.  Legislation tells judicial function how to adjudicate.

Executive functions are the main function in judicial system, in this function ensures first that the disputing parties submit to adjudication in the first place and second, that they actually comply with the settlement eventually reached through the judicial process. In its executive function the legal system relies on forceful voluntary social sanctions, BISE Sahiwal 10th Class Result 2013 or some combination of the two. The executive function gives a legal system its projection, providing incentives for peaceful behavior; both domestic law enforcement and national defense fall under the executive function.

Judicial system is a main pillow of Pakistan is controls the law and order situation in country all the institutions and departments even Government is also answerable in front of Supreme Court, Pakistan is a democratic country where all are answerable to supreme Court all respects and oblige the decisions, rules and regulations according to court.
